Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged and in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
• Customers must inform us via email at info@aybocommerce.com to initiate a return. The email should include the order number and/or invoice.
• Delivery costs for returns are not covered by ShakeSphere Europe (AYBO Commerce) and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed.
